This notice explains how information submitted through the Tape Agency website is used.

Information you send

When you use the production inquiry form, you may provide your name, email address, requested service, project description, budget, timeline and any other details you choose to include.

How we use it

We use these details to review your request, respond to you, prepare a production estimate and continue the business conversation you asked us to start. We do not use the inquiry form to subscribe you to marketing messages.

Service providers

The website and its form are hosted by Netlify. Video portfolio players are supplied by Vimeo and are loaded only when you open a video. These providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver their services.

Retention and sharing

Inquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers or production partners when needed for your request, or where required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any records we are required to keep. Contact info@tape.agency.
